These terms apply when you use our website, order food or book catering with Casa Asado Ltd (company no. 17414658, registered office 98 Slewins Lane, Hornchurch, RM11 2BU).
Orders
Orders through Deliveroo and Uber Eats are also covered by their own terms. As our food is made to order and perishable, orders cannot be cancelled once accepted.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is allergen-free. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering. All meat we serve is halal.
Catering bookings
A booking is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit. The balance is due 7 days before the event.
Cancel more than 14 days before: deposit refunded. Within 14 days: deposit kept. Within 72 hours: full price payable.
For Live Grill, you provide a safe space for an open-fire grill and any venue permission needed.
Liability
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer or limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
